Isotachophoresis Improves Nucleic Acid Extraction and Purification from FFPE Samples
Researchers and clinicians working with FFPE tissue samples have become accustomed to managing labor-intensive workflows to extract and purify nucleic acids for molecular analyses. Such workflows have the potential to further damage nucleic acids during extraction and introduce bias to downstream analyses.
