The new Ionic Cells to Pure DNA Kit supports a broad array of applications that involve collected, cultured, or sorted cells. A particularly important application is to support our customers who work with FFPE tumor tissue and use blood cells as a control. The new kit now enables the use of the Ionic platform for extraction from blood-based control samples, such as PBMCs or WBCs, in addition to FFPE. The kit supports the extraction of high yields of pure DNA from samples containing 50,000 to 5 million cells and produces consistently higher DNA concentrations than traditional technologies.
